Company Vakuum Servis, has 30 years of experience with service, of Pfeiffer Vacuum products (leak detectors, pumps, gauges, mass spectrometers, pumping stations…). We sell Pfeiffer Vacuum products and VAT vacuum valves. We design and produce UHV vacuum pumping stations, leak detection systems, various vacuum coating systems (PVD, CVD). We are specialized in refurbishment and upgrade of vacuum production units including implementation of progressive technologies. We produce vacuum systems as customized solutions according to individual needs. We became representative of SPECS GROUP, world leader in spectroscopy. SPECS is specialized in the development and production of customized UHV surface analysis systems. SPECS leads the way in state-of-the-art technology, cutting-edge components, compact and individually designed systems for surface analysis. SPECS Surface Nano Analysis GmbH headquarters are situated in the center of Germany’s capital Berlin. SPECS produces devices for spectroscopic methods also under environmental or Near Ambient Pressure (NAP) conditions, rather than in Ultrahigh Vacuum (UHV) to allow for operando characterization of surface chemical reactions or the characterization of liquids or gases and their interfaces to solids.
